At Grove Contract Operating Ltd. we are committed to providing a safe working environment for all of our employees, contractors and subcontractors while continuing to protect the general public.

We are strong believers that a day without injury is no accident, and that safe operations are a matter of choice and not chance. Consciously choosing the safe way to perform each task makes our entire work environment safer and more efficient.

We promote an accident free environment by ensuring that our employees and contractors are provided with the necessary training, skills, and equipment to perform their jobs safely. This ensures that they are aware of potential hazards and how to handle them in order to prevent injury or incident. Combined with reporting any new hazards, employees are encouraged to make suggestions on how we can improve, allowing us to be on the forefront of safety.

Along with the detailed outline of policies and best practices in our Policy and Procedure Manual, we encourage both employees and contractors to practice common sense in order to adjust to real life situations not detailed in our manual. In this way, and all others listed above, GCO is committed to protecting the safety of all people affect directly and indirectly by our operations.

Grove Contract Operating Ltd. is committed to the safe practices provided in their Health and Safety Program and is prepared to protect and ensure the safety of all individuals. However, the policies and practices in our manual cannot possibly cover every action or circumstance, so we must all use common sense in our day to day operations.  No task or deadline is more important than the health and safety of employees, contractors or the general public.
